Risk Management
Projects in development have a lot of moving parts and a large number of areas that can go wrong. Identifying, managing, and mitigating those risks are key to a projects success and Chemcycle is well practiced to provide these services.

Stage Gate Optimisation
Typical front-end loading techniques involves making key decisions early in the planning where influence is greatest and expenditure is lowest. This approach usually involves a number of feasibility steps to increase technical definition and estimating accuracy in a phased/gated approach, with engineering typically bespoke to suit project requirements.
Because of this, many companies often implement many gates to avoid proceeding too far with development resulting in much slower development timelines.
By working closely with technology teams and EPCs to explore standardised designs, Chemcycle can increase the level of technical definition early in the business and project planning phase with a look to minimise feasibility works and optimise gates for reaching final investment decision (FID).
